This competition is open to all undergraduates of Elon University. Every month a new problem will be presented and your job is to solve it. Some rules must be adhered to in order to participate:

  1. You must work by yourself. (This is the honor system)
  2. Your solution must be clearly written. Include you name, campus box number, the date and time of day of the submission. If more than one sheet is used, secure the pages together with a staple.
  3. Bring your solution to the Duke 209 and place it in Jim Beuerle's mail box. Solutions are due before noon on the Thursday after the problem was announced.

The top problem solver will be invited to The U.S. National Collegiate Mathematics Championship.
