Most of the cumputers on campus have a full version of MikTeX along with various helper programs installed.

TeXniccenter

This program is great when working with .tex documents. This is one of the best FREE IDE's out there for LaTeX.

TeXPoint

This is LaTeX addon to PowerPoint that wil enable the user to enter in LaTeX equations of any kind into a PowerPoint Document. To use the the addon, you must save your presentation first.

Excel2LaTeX

This is a LaTeX Addon for Excel. It allows you to create tables in Excel and convert them to LaTeX code. Just highlight the section you want to convert and press the Excel2LaTeX Button. Then copy and paste the reult into your document.
