Tutoring for Math Classes
These will begin on Sunday, September 6th.
- MTH 112 (in the Tutoring Center, 1st floor, Belk Library) – we should have at least one MTH 112 tutor in the Tutoring Center every hour we are open (6pm-11pm, Sun-Thu).
- MTH 116 (in the Tutoring Center, 1st floor, Belk Library) – Sundays 8pm-10pm; Mondays 7pm-9pm; Tuesdays 7pm-9pm; Wednesdays 9pm-11pm; Thursdays 6pm-9pm
- MTH 121 (in the Tutoring Center, 1st floor, Belk Library) – Sundays 6pm-8pm; Mondays 6pm-8pm; Tuesdays 8pm-10pm; Wednesdays 6pm-8pm; Thursdays 8pm-10pm
- MTH 212 (in 202 Lindner Hall) – Sundays 6pm-9pm; Mondays 6pm-9pm; Tuesdays 6pm-9pm; Wednesdays 8pm-10pm; Thursdays 6pm-9pm

Some quick facts about the department

We have 16 full-time faculty, 11 of whom hold terminal degrees. Our faculty members have wonderfully diverse research interests and a commitment to quality teaching. Some of the forms of technology our faculty members use in the classroom include LaTeX, Mathematica, Excel, and the TI-83/89. Within our faculty, we have 5 members of Project NExT.
